Christina Early Headshot

I have proudly served the residents of Caledon both as a Local and Regional Councillor, bringing a steady, thoughtful, approach to the challenges facing one of Ontario’s fastest-growing communities.

Deep Roots in Caledon

With deep roots in Caledon, I understand the importance of protecting the town’s rural heritage while planning responsibly for its future. Together with my husband Glen, whose family has farmed locally for generations, I remain closely connected to the land, the community, and the values that define Caledon.

35 Years of Business Experience

Before entering municipal politics, I built a successful 35 year career in business, spending much of that time working alongside entrepreneurs and business owners and helping businesses grow and thrive in both small and large communities. Along the way, I gained valuable experience in financial management, operational leadership, and strategic decision making.

That practical experience continues to shape my approach to public service, focused on accountability, responsible planning, and delivering results for residents. Throughout my time on Council, I have built a reputation for being accessible, prepared and responsive. I understand that leadership is not only about long-term planning, but also about paying attention to the everyday concerns that affect residents, families, businesses and communities.

Proven Leadership

My leadership extends to council and beyond through several important community and Regional roles, including:

Beyond Council

These experiences have provided me with a broad understanding of the opportunities and pressures facing Caledon today, including growth, transportation, housing, environmental protection and governance.

Restoring Trust and Transparency

As the Caledon tapestry continues to evolve, I believe the Town needs experienced leadership that listens carefully, brings people together and plans with intention. I am running for Mayor to help guide Caledon through this period of growth with a clear focus on protecting what matters most while building strong, connected communities for generations to come.

I also believe residents deserve leadership that is transparent, ethical, accountable and open about how decisions are made. I am committed to ensuring that decisions are not only made in the best interest of the community, but that residents understand how and why those decisions are reached.

Experience Matters

Caledon is facing important decisions that will shape our community for generations to come.

As a Regional Councillor, I have represented residents across diverse communities throughout Caledon, from the rural areas of northwest Caledon, to Caledon East, to the growing communities in Southfields and Mayfield West, while also maintaining strong connections to Bolton residents, families, and businesses.

That experience has provided a broad understanding of the different priorities, pressures, and opportunities facing communities across Caledon.

I have been directly involved in many of the issues impacting residents every day, including growth management, transportation, infrastructure, housing, environmental protection, and Regional services.

My experience at both the local and Regional levels has given me a strong understanding of how decisions are made, where improvements are needed, and how to ensure Caledon has a respected and informed voice at the table.

I am known for being accessible, prepared, and responsive. I believe residents deserve leadership that listens carefully, communicates openly, and follows through on the issues that matter to people and communities.

In addition to my work on Council, I serve in leadership roles across several important community and regional organizations, while also bringing valuable business experience in financial management, operational leadership, and strategic decision making.

A vote for Early

is a vote for Caledon.

To protect what we have and build what we need.

Priorities

But experience alone is not enough. Leadership also means recognizing when a course correction is necessary to drive future success.
